Internal Audit and Forensics Manager

You will work on impactful and diverse engagements, supporting clients in enhancing their processes, controls, and overall risk management framework while helping them navigate complex compliance challenges. Your work may also involve forensic reviews, data‑driven investigations, and supporting clients in identifying potential misconduct or irregularities.

What will you do in this role?

  • professionally support our clients by coordinating our Internal Audit projects,
  • keep IA methodology up-to date,
  • lead Internal Control related engagements (Including ICoFR, controls transformation, IC testing etc.)
  • participate in product and business development in the field of Internal audit / internal control / compliance and forensics,
  • support the planning of our sales conception and prepare professional proposals,
  • help manage our team as a manager,
  • support our colleagues in their professional development.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • minimum 7 years’ experience in internal audit / internal control / compliance,
  • in-debt methodological knowledge - CIA or ACCA exam is an advantage,
  • process and control knowledge on various fields and sectors,
  • business and product development experience is an advantage,
  • fluent English language knowledge, German is an advantage,
  • experience in project and people management (team coordination),
  • relevant technical skills,
  • big 4/financial sector background is an advantage.
