Senior BI Consultant

University or college degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field,
At least 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data & Reporting projects,
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query and dashboard design,
Proven experience leading small teams and coordinating BI development activities,
Strong understanding of reporting, analytics and data warehousing concepts,
Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions,
Ability to review and challenge technical solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs,
Experience in managing client-facing discussions, workshops and stakeholder meetings,
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills,
Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive initiatives from requirement gathering through delivery,
Fluent English (both written and spoken); Hungarian is required for this position.

Nice to have skills:

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform or modern cloud-based data solutions.
Knowledge of SQL, Python and data engineering concepts.
Experience in Agile project delivery environments.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data governance principles.
Previous consulting experience.
